The following will be required for anyone attending camp:
1) a completed and signed LDS Permission Slip emailed to readingpastakelds@gmail.com (adult leaders should complete this form as well for the required medical information);
2) the ability to complete a BSA Swim Test. We encourage wards and branches to schedule a youth activity at a swimming pool leading up to High Adventure to administer this test; and

3) a waiver from the whitewater outfitter (coming soon).
Everyone 18 years of age and older will also need to have the Pennsylvania State Child Protection Clearances on file with the Reading, PA Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. (Contact your ward and stake leaders to complete these clearances if you have not already done so.)
